wine glasses toasting

Emma ran a wine and tapas tasting evening for about ten of us on holiday. It was a great evening: the food and wine combinations – from white sparking thru whites and reds to pudding – were all wonderful. The whole event was very relaxed, humourous and educational. I would recommend this to anyone. Mike Malin. London, UK

I have to credit Emma with helping me through the Diploma exam several years ago. Her style of getting all of the facts across yet making the lessons enjoyable and interesting are all down to her intelligence and good sense of humour. She has a huge breadth of knowledge of the wine and food world. The food and wine matching courses she gave still linger in my memory 8 years down the track. Learning about food and wine should be both fun and informative, something Emma has perfected down to a fine art. Robin Williamson Winemaker Domaine de Saumarez

Emma has an enormous breadth of knowledge with regard to wine and food. It is possible to learn more from her during one lunch than from days of studying elsewhere. She is a walking, talking encyclopaedia of wines from around the globe, their viniculture, soils and favourite food partners. Her natural teaching ability and pleasant disposition make her lessons seem easy and I have often surprised myself by coming out with knowledge she has instilled in me without me apparently noticing! Learning about wine and food should be fun as well as instructive and Emma has the personality and depth of knowledge to accomplish both with ease.  Dorothy Mogg, Yorkshire, UK

I would like to thank you for creating fun, entertaining and informative wine events for us for the last 5 years. Every year you manage to come up with a new theme for our wine tasting events, always of the highest standard and our clients love the opportunity to taste some fantastic wines in a fun and relaxed way, as well as leaving the event with much-improved wine knowledge!  Henderson Global

A tremendous ice breaker, humorously competitive, very entertaining and great value for money. We are eagerly anticipating the next event.  Chelsea Financial Services
